Abundance Catalyst is a fundraising consultancy that helps social justice and movement-based organizations raise the money they need to win. We partner with organizations working to shift power, advance justice, and tackle the biggest challenges of our time by strengthening major gifts strategy, deepening donor relationships, and building fundraising systems that support long-term growth.
We’re a small team of development professionals with deep experience inside movement organizations, bringing strategy that’s grounded in real conditions and built to be used. Everyone on our team contributes to building the movement, whether through client work, systems, or operations that make that work possible. Lead Fundraising Consultant (Hybrid)
This is a high-trust, client-facing role at the core of our work. You will serve as the lead
advisor for your client portfolio, with coaching, collaboration, and support from the
founder and the broader team. You will lead fundraising engagements with
movement organizations, working directly with Executive Directors, Development
Directors, and senior leaders to strengthen major donor programs, improve
messaging, grow revenue, and build systems that support long-term sustainability.
