Abundance Catalyst is a fundraising consultancy that helps social justice and movement-based organizations raise the money they need to win. We partner with organizations working to shift power, advance justice, and tackle the biggest challenges of our time by strengthening major gifts strategy, deepening donor relationships, and building fundraising systems that support long-term growth.

We’re a small team of development professionals with deep experience inside movement organizations, bringing strategy that’s grounded in real conditions and built to be used. Everyone on our team contributes to building the movement, whether through client work, systems, or operations that make that work possible. Executive Assistant + Operations Lead (Part-Time)

A high-trust, central role supporting both client work and internal operations. You’ll manage scheduling, systems, and workflows, helping the business run smoothly while building infrastructure that creates more capacity for growth. You’ll work closely with Robin Engle and play a key role in keeping priorities clear, projects on track, and day-to-day operations running effectively.
